Returns Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Paradise Rum does not offer refunds for Change of Mind. We are pleased to offer an exchange for Change of Mind within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Exchange needs to occur in our Paradise Rum Cellar Door, Paradise Rum, 25 Technology Drive, Warana, QLD, 4575  or alternatively contact our Customer Care Team at hello@paradiserum.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Product exchange needs to be of the same or higher value than the original product. No vouchers or credit notes will be issued.
  2. You have produced satisfactory Proof of Purchase by way of original purchase receipt or tax invoice.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
  4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Paradise Rum. If you believe an item or service is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time. If the item or service has a major failure, you may reject it and seek a refund or replacement. These consumer guarantees apply to items or services and may be impacted by the type and age and nature of the item.
